That grinder has a 180 and a 600 wheel on it, and what I had hoped for is to be able to transfer from one wheel to the other and just lightly finish the gouges with the 600 wheel. In practice, it isn't exact enough (this is an implementation / precision issue). Using the jigs in your video I can get the correct settings with more ease.
