The 2 argus ones go by pretty fast since they buffed the rep gains substantially in BFA. I would say grab those if you want to stay alliance. You can also grab NB if youve never done suramar it is an experience. If you can stick through it though the 15% rep buff from the anniversary event makes it a good time to grind out the allied races.

For me, the hardest bit is getting through Revered. Neutral and Friendly takes very little time, and Honored just twice as long as that, generally. If I'm really focused on gaining rep with a certain faction, getting through Honored goes fast. It's when I get to Revered that I always plateu. It takes forever!

With no quests left it's time to grind to Exalted. While 21k reputation is a daunting prospect, it will go fairly quickly once you get into Heroic dungeons. I think the expectation of BG grinding with an assumption of a 50% win ratio is about 500 instances of that battelground to ding exalted. That is A LOT of queue time.
