I've some frustrations with it also Motherboard crapped out ( very annoying ) I wasn't going to get a tool changer but my salesman talked me into it. While I know the haas tm2 is more substantial than a Bridgeport everybody seems to comment that it's a lackluster machine and gets replaced by a true VMC. Materials we use are probably 75% 304 stainless and 25% brass or bronze. We would mostly be drilling and tapping hole patterns up to 1/2" and milling pockets.
